Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a match ticket from Bristol Manor Farm FC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Admission
   1. Admission is granted only upon presentation of a valid electronic ticket containing a unique QR code.
   2. The QR code may be presented on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
   3. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe, or likely to cause disruption.
   4. Spectators must comply with all instructions issued by club officials, stewards, volunteers, or emergency services personnel.
2. QR Codes & Ticket Security
   1. Each QR code is unique and can only be used once for entry.
   2. Once a QR code has been scanned and used for admission, it becomes invalid.
   3. The purchaser is responsible for keeping their QR code secure. Any person presenting the QR code first will be granted entry.
   4. The Club accepts no responsibility where a QR code has been shared, copied, forwarded, or otherwise used by another person.
3. Refunds & Postponements
   1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
   2. Refunds will not be issued if a ticket holder is unable to attend the match for any reason.
   3. In the event of a postponed fixture, tickets will remain valid for the rearranged fixture.
   4. If a fixture is abandoned after spectators have been admitted to the ground, refunds will not be issued unless otherwise determined by Bristol Manor Farm FC at its sole discretion.
   5. The Club reserves the right to alter kick-off times, dates, opponents, or match arrangements where necessary.
4. Ground Regulations
   1. Spectators enter the ground at their own risk.
   2. The Club accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
   3. Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas and in accordance with the Club's licensing conditions.
   4. The carrying or use of fireworks, flares, smoke devices, weapons, illegal substances, or any dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
   5. Any person entering the playing area without permission may be removed from the ground and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Segregation & Ground Access
   1. The Club reserves the right to designate areas of the ground for home supporters, away supporters, sponsors, hospitality guests, players, officials, or other groups.
   2. Ticket holders must comply with any instructions regarding designated areas of the ground.
   3. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person found to be occupying an area designated for another group of spectators.
6. Photography & Media
   1. Spectators may be photographed, filmed, or recorded whilst attending the match.
   2. By entering the ground, spectators consent to the use of such images or recordings by Bristol Manor Farm FC and its partners for promotional, marketing, media, and commercial purposes without compensation.
7. Data Protection
   1. Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
   2. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to Bristol Manor Farm FC contacting you regarding important information relating to the fixture purchased.
8. Liability
   1. Bristol Manor Farm FC shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience suffered by any ticket holder except where required by law.
   2. Bristol Manor Farm FC's liability in respect of any claim arising from the purchase or use of a ticket shall be limited to the face value of the ticket purchased.
9. Acceptance
   1. Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   2. Bristol Manor Farm FC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   3. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges that tickets are non-refundable and that postponed fixtures will be honoured on the rearranged date.
